Requirements for conducting a land appraisal

Generally, for residential land, the following information is requested:

  • Cadastral clave (code)

  • Copy of deed or title deed

  • Owner identification (if applicable)

For rustic or rural land and land without a cadastral code, the following will be additionally required:

  • Exact location of the property

    • This can be done by placing it on site or by providing a plan or boundary demarcation of the land.
